So does VH1. They're doing the Tempts movie like the Jackson 5. Over and over and over again. I just hope people don't get tired of it! Of course we wouldn't, but not everyone's Temptaholics!

Richard and Pee Wee were... um... ok.. They weren't with the others but they heard the radio too and decided to walk. But like a black before they got to the place, the others picked them up.. and voila! End of story!

WHEW!! I am SOOOOOO glad you have seen the totally unedited version, Cadeho!! I've been losing sleep trying to figure out how they got in that milk truck in time to make it to the station!! You are MY HERO!!!
Now, explain to me how they learned "Come On", all the parts (including Al singing Richard's part), quick enough to record it that same nite, after meeting Johnnie Mae for the first time. Was it the Evelyn Wood Speed Reading course actually paying off? I mean, it took them "almost TWO WEEKS" (actually 8 days, higher math was NOT part of the curriculum ;D) to learn TWYDTTYD...

Let's see.. well first, "Come On" is a simple song to learn so like maybe an hour is all you need to learn it.. another hour to rehearse, and another to record give or take. What can I say? They were geniuses. And about Al... that's the long lost recording of that song where he sang the lead instead of Richard. But the one they decided to release had Richard singing the lead. It took longer to learn TWYDTTYD because David was a newbie and they wanted a hit, so they took their time to get it perfect. *correction: block not black... I knew I shouldn't have partied with Diana*

mikey- my son's been stopped 5 times for driving while black when he was younger. the sheriffs out here always would pick on him -he would drive my s-10 pickup to and from a friends place and they 'd stop him for nothing. he never got a ticket but he'd always get the 3rd degree. when he used to have dreadlocks it was even worse for him.

I did a 3-minute speech on DWB while I was in high school. Imagine, folks like to pretend that it doesn't exist.
