I've been noticing lately in a few of my posts, that I've mentioned that certain things are overrated. People or things who are overrated somehow lose their appeal to me. I like things that are different and original. So who or what, in everyone's opinion, is overrated? It can be a celebrity, style, lifestyle, song, characteristic, television show, idea, anything! Here's my list: Very muscular guys Profanity and Promiscuity  Sloppy clothes at events that are supposed to be semiformal or formal. Reality shows  Pop stars |

Well, I think that body piercings and tatoos are over rated but only if you got it because you think it would make you cool or something. If you go around showing it off to every person who glances at you then your dumb. But other then that, I like them! Let's see... Top 40 radio stations heavy makeup  Hmm... well I'll think of more later. |

I feel you on the tats, some rappers & ball players look like they've been rollin around in wet newsprint! headbands underneath baseball hats. Dbaby, just urban radio alltogether!! These current songs get old real fast! |

i agree with diva's selections and dnice too. yao ming will become better in a yr or two.
many of today's movies are empty of acting for the most part- special effects dominate the flicks. overrated !

I was about to get a tattoo and some piercings, too. Then I realized that I crack jokes on old people with tattooes. No need to put myself in that same predicament. :laughing:

know ye not that your body is a temple of God?  after seeing your photo you sent me i would say that my southern niece is way too pretty to scar up that lovely body of hers with ink and needles. get your hand stamped at the college dance-that should satisfy your body art! ;D |

Jack Daniels is way overrated. This American Chinese Food is way overrated. Britney Spears is way overrated. J.Lo is uber (over)overrated. Will Ferrell is is overrated. Fix-o-dent is overrated (so, I've heard). And I've also heard Depends are overrated (and has a terrible name).

these daggum bushes they keep planting all over my complex grounds. They put one in front of my window the other day and now they are putting them up everywhere. We live in a virtual forrest why do they feel the need to keep adding to it. I swear, one more bush and I'm gonna flip. I told Nish the other day that I was going to move the bush out side my window a foot. Better believe I got my shovel at the end of the night and did it.

did you tell the landlord to leave the bushes at the white house? ;D foliage is a nice way of covering up building scars! what's really overrated is sukkafu's attempts at humor!  |
