I agree with you all on the beer, I've tried to drink that stuff several times in the past, but I never got past the first sip...yuck! SUV owners and lovers...accept my apology, but SUV'S are overrated to me, I can understand if you live in a rural area and all, but in the city...c'mon, "Don't let the Jonses get you DOWN", if you have one, more power to you, just don't cut me off on the road cause ya BIG...LOL

It's okay, Aba....we forgive you!!! Colorado is SUV Country...... the majority of people here own them, but I have a little Nissan Altima. It's hard to see sometimes..... and I feel really tiny. I can't quite understand it because we don't get nearly the snow that people think. Plus, the gas mileage on those babies is horrible. Seems like such a waste! (Unless you're 6'8" and need the space!) Peach

Yeah, Aba, you can have an SUV. I think they were made with you in mind anyway.

ABA, sounds as though you need a bit more than a SUV , wow...are those even roomy enough for you? Would you be an Escalade kinda guy?

They are good for a large or small family. I must admit I really like the Ford Escape and the Lexus RX300.

I like the Chevy Trailblazers and the Toyota Highlanders. One of my classmates in HS had a Trailblazer and it was huge on the inside. I sat scrunched up next to the window, but it must've been habit, because I didn't have to.

And, since I'm an OLD lady with a child....if someone held a gun to my head and said, "You must take this SUV!" I'd take a small SUV like the Subaru Forester. It's just right for old ladies. TEE HEE Peach

 LOL, Peach I'm with you on that note, first I'd have to train to get a bus license, (reminds me of that suburu commercial with the suoped up school bus), I can't imagine parallel parking, I can barely parallel park my intrepid and it's loooong for a car. My sis ter had an explorer and she backed into a pole and broke the back window a week after she bought it, I'm sure it was the poles fault  .

I drive a Jeep Cherokee Sport. There is no way I would go back to driving a sedan or sports car. I love driving an SUV. I like the size, the power, and the ROOM. I've been a teacher and a Boy Scout leader for years and constantly lug cases of materials around with me. When I drive a car I feel like I'm in a Go-Cart. Too low to the ground for me. I'm not tall like Aba; I'm 5'2" in fact- but I like the feeling of POWER behind the wheel. ;D

At all. It was confirmed! That was the cool thing about the Forester when I drove one, big a** windows so I could SEE, but not too big. I would take out every mail box on the road in a big SUV. I understand the whole "Power" (I'm the ONLY one you can trust with the switch) desire.... even though I drive an Altima, the new ones have a lot of guts. I love being able to go zip zip in and out of traffic and passing people with ease. It *ccrrrrrrrrrruuuuuises* like a ----mobile. Peach

I understand that up high power thingie Tdal, I rented one for a weekend trip once and I tell you it is a powerful feeling being up above the cars, but I inadvertantly came very close to running someone off the highway because I didn't see them in my side view mirror, but I guess that was because I wasn't that familiar with driving one .
