The 2-CD features 18 previously unreleased tracks. Co-Produced by Andy Skurow. All tracks will be listed with recording dates, and a great essay with Frank Wilson, Mary Wilson, Cindy Birdsong, and more so as Eddie Kendricks says before the countdown to the last track on Disc 2: "Dig This!"

SOME ALBUM NOTES FROM MOTOWN
The Opening Medley was supposed to kick off the album originally, but was pulled.
The other unreleased medley is from another session for the same album and went unfinished, but there is enough vocally to make it releasable.
EVERYDAY FOR A LIFETIME and MAKE ME YOURS were recorded at the 'Join' album sessions but they are incomplete. 'Lifetime' has no lead vocals at all.
The two medleys are from the 'Join' studio sessions, as you'll see in the booklet's annotations, which detail the recording dates. Medley #1 was done in Detriot. Medley #2 was tracked in L.A. with vocals done in Detroit.
Additionally, both medleys are produced by Frank Wilson; the second is co-produced by Deke Richards. Frank and Deke had nothing to do with "TCB."

((Tempfan)) Thanks for this info! Great news. Always heard that there's much in "the vaults" that went unreleased. "You Gave Me Something" is an old Fantastic Four hit that always sounded like the original Tempts, now we get a chance to hear what the Tempts did with it. Thanks again.

At the rate your going, your going to be a old man soon. You need to take a page out of my book and start skipping them or going backwards. This year i,m going to be 54 again and next year i,ll skip a year so that will make me 53 the followlng year. If you take that figure and divide it by the day of the month then add 3 to the time of day it is and you will be the age you are now. But this system wont work if you were born on a rainy day and are left handed. So to break it down, using this system you can be 52 until 2008 when you will turn 51 again Have a happy birthday when ever it is and how ever old you want to be. ((TempFan)) Any more info on these tracks? 13 thru 18 sound "Temptin'" indeed. "A House Is Not a Home"?,"Amen"? "You Gave Me Something". Sounds like some goodies in this package........if Diana's not all over the lead mike.......Does anyone remember David doing "Impossible Dream" on the Sullivan show? I vaguely remember but I've never seen a video. Were they w/ the Supremes? Maybe that's why it hasn't been shown.
