Scientifically it isn`t proved yet, that Jesus Christ ever existed. Period. No matter what is written... If that is all truth, there SHOULD be at least some kind of evidence, but there just isn`t. I can give you plenty of officially documented UFO cases, with pictures, dates, locations... US ex-President Jimmy Carter himself have publically stated that he has seen them! And still, it all remains highly dubious. FAITH is the evidence of things not seen and the substance of things hoped for. It is by FAITH that we believe in God and how He changed our lives when nothing else could accomplish it. Without FAITH it is impossible to please God. You must believe that HE IS and is a rewarder of those who dilligently seek Him. Unless you seek Him with all of YOUR heart, only then will He open your eyes to know Him. Without this, no amount of sceintific evidence will convince you. Did Alexander the Great exist? He conquered the known world at age 33. This was an extraordinary feat. How do we know that he actually accomplished this? By historical or scientific evidence? Or Caesar? How about Genghis Kahn? Or how about Cleopatra or Christopher Columbus? Written evidence is the main resource that we rely on. When we read about these people in school, we didn't sit in class and go, 'well, i ain't gonna believe in Alexander the Great or Helen of Troy unless i see scientific evidence that they lived'. We believed because of historical evidence. The only scientific evidence that we could possibly examine is their remains. We can't examine Jesus' remains because by "FAITH" we believe that he died, was buried and rose on the third day. As i said earlier, no matter what is presented to you, you may never believe. That is your right. Were all of these noted and scholarly secular historians who wrote about Christ, and i just named a few, delusionary? They had no reason to build a case for Christ. Some of them downright hated Christ and Christians. They gained nothing about writing about him. If anything, they would surpress his very existence. Again, only God can open the eyes of your heart to believe no matter what evidence you see. Yet, some people will not believe, no matter what, until the day they die. Case in point. The Biblical account of the Rich man and Lazarus. They both died. The Rich man went to Hell while Lazarus entered Paradise. The wealthy man wanted Lazarus to dip his finger in water to cool his tongue, but it was impossible because: Luk 16:26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from here to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that [would come] from there. Luk 16:27 Then he said, I pray, father, that you would send him to my father's house: Luk 16:28 For I have five brothers; that he may testify to them, lest they also come into this place of torment. Luk 16:29 Abraham said to him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them. Luk 16:30 And he said, No, father Abraham: but if one went to them from the dead, they will repent. Luk 16:31 And he said to him, If they didn't listen to Moses and the prophets, they will not be persuaded even if one rose from the dead. Again, it is by FAITH that we believe in Christ. Not a blind leap of faith. If you do not believe with all of the historical evidence such as: extra biblical writings, manuscript evidence, archaelogical evidence, eyewitness accounts, the dying of an untold number of Christians who believed in Jesus (Who wants to die for something they believe is a hoax? There are Christians today in other countries who are being persecuted, tortured and killed for their faith in Christ. There is proof of this if you want it), then any scientific evidence (as interpreted by you) won't convince you. As i said in an earlier post, my role is to do God's Will by presenting the evidence as best i can. After doing this, the decision is yours to accept or reject what was presented. Only the Holy spirit can convince you. I pray that God opens your eyes. With a godly love i write these things to you hoping that you find your quest for truth. God bless you and family. -Nate "Boomer"

" ... It is by FAITH that we believe in God ..."
((Nate)) that is what I've been taught all along: you believe in God without asking for a proof of his existence. If you need proof of his existence -- then you don't believe in him. If you believe because you can explain that he exists then you've lost faith because you think you know; one stops to believe as soon as one knows.

But i for one don't want to have faith in something or Someone that's not true or truthful. However, i do know that there are copyist errors in later translations of the bible. Yet, that doesn't change the validity of the original mauscripts or overall theme of a book of the bible or the bible itself. Keep The Faith!!! -Nate "Boomer"

Faith is about a Person. God is a Person. Jesus Christ is a Person.
Do You have Faith in God.
Faith is about Love. We are commanded in the Bible to Love God. Deut. 6:4, Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord: Deut. 6:5 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.
Jesus Christ Confirms this in Matthew 22:37, Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. Matthew 22:38,This is the first and great commandment. Matthew 22:39, And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
HEY FOLK WE ARE COMMANDED TO LOVE GOD IF YOU LOVE GOD YOU WILL LOVE HIS WORD
FAITH IS ABOUT BELIEF IN JESUS CHRIST HIS DEATH ON THE CROSS FOR OUR SINS THE RESURRECTION AND THE ASCENTION
JESUS CHRIST IS COMING AGAIN AND WE MUST BE READY.
MANY PEOPLE WILL BE CAST INTO HELL FOR UNBELIEF. THE PREACHERS MUST BRING A WORD TODAY, BECAUSE SO MANY PEOPLE ARE BELIEVING IN WHAT THEY WANT...INSTEAD OF THE GOD IN THE SCRIPTURE
Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Romans 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
THAT IS SAVING FAITH
THE DOCTOR TEMPTATION
For I say unto you, that this that is written must yet be accomplished in me, And he was reckoned among the transgressors: for the things concerning me have an end.

I didn't write this, but it sums up my opinion on the matter perfectly......... There are things as we travel this earth's shifting sands, That transcend all the reason of man; But the things that matter the most in this world, They can never be held in your hand.
I believe in a hill called Mount Calv'ry I'll believe whatever the cost; And when time has surrendered and earth is no more, I'll still cling to the old rugged cross!
I believe that the Christ who was slain on the cross, Has the power to change lives today; For he changed me completely, a new life is mine; That is why by the cross I will stay.
I believe in a hill called Mount Calv'ry I'll believe whatever the cost; And when time has surrendered and earth is no more, I'll still cling to the old rugged cross!
I believe that this life with its great mysteries, Surely someday will come to an end; But faith will conquer the darknenn and death And will lead me at last to my friend.
I believe in a hill called Mount Calv'ry I'll believe whatever the cost; And when time has surrendered and earth is no more, I'll still cling to the old rugged cross!

The song was very beautiful and uplifting Ivory. Thank ypu. Thank you very much. I just returned home from visiting a friend in the hospital. It tears me up to see her in the condition she's in. I really needed to hear something like that. If ever you get an acappella version of your choir singing, please post it. -Nate "Boomer"

READ THE BOOK OF REVELATION Rev. 20:10-15 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
[11] And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
[12] And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
[13] And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
[14] And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
[15] And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
I believe Bible Study is vital in our lives.....YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO SURVIVE WITH OUT GOD'S WORD.

Hi DOCT... STUDY is the key word. I had to explain to one person that there were NOT three wise men on the night Jesus was born. Matthew 2:1 says "...behold there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem,...". I used to think there were 3 until I found out different from where?... Tuesday night Bible Study No matter what anyone says, we should check out scripture to know beyond a shadow of a doubt that it is in the Word of God. 2 Timothy 2:15 15Study and be eager and do your utmost to present yourself to God approved (tested by trial), a workman who has no cause to be ashamed, correctly analyzing and accurately dividing [rightly handling and skillfully teaching] the Word of Truth. [To use exegesis, reading out of the scriptures and correctly interpreting passages, and verses in light of what other scripture says on the subject as the author intended is the key. Which the Bereans did]: Acts 17:11 11And the people of Berea were more open-minded than those in Thessalonica, and they listened eagerly to Paul's message. They searched the Scriptures day after day, to see if Paul and Silas were really teaching the truth. [Whereas those that twist scripture practice eisegesis, reading meanings into scripture that are not there. Who is the biggest twister and manipulator of scripture of all time? Satan!] With the many wars that has raged just in the last 90 years alone, including Iraq; the devastation of death and destruction left in the wake of the Tsunami in Southeast Asia, Jesus' prophetic words are occuring before our very eyes: Signs of the End of the Age: Matthew 24:6-8 Jesus: (6) "And you will hear of WARS and RUMORS OF WARS; see that you are not frightened or troubled, for this must take place, but the end is not yet. (7) For NATION will rise against NATION, and KINGDOM against KINGDOM, and there will be famines and EARTHQUAKES in place after place;[Luke 21:11, there will be.....PESTILENCES IN VARIOUS PLACES, and FEARFUL EVENTS and GREAT SIGNS FROM HEAVEN.] (8) All this is but the BEGINNING OF SORROWS." The devastation could have been in y(our) country. ARE YOU PREPARED TO MEET GOD? -Nate "Boomer"
