David didn't live in that same apartment for all those years. The whole scene with David offering Eddie some Cocaine turns my stomach. David, Eddie, and Melvin being pportrayed as bachlors the entire movie that spanned at least 20 yrs.
Oh and last but not least...in real life when they sang Shout Melvin never lost his bowtie like they showed in the movie ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha :laughing I crack myself up ha hahahahahahahaha....

Mrs. Paul, you are probably correct, hun. And plus, 'll bet you know Paul better than anybody. You two seem to have a spiritual/sensual connection.

That movie is so misleading.......it's almost hard to take seriously.......Got Melvin lookin' like a yes boy.....Got David lookin' like a fool.......Got Paul lookin' like a drunk......Got Eddie lookin' like he just abandon the group....and then there's Otis......so squeaky clean......however each member had his share of problems.....but there was no balance in it......he should of added why these men left......and why they resorted to some of the things they did.........Melvin lived for being a Temptation, not for Otis
I'm sorry i just had to get that off my chest....people sware by this movie and Otis's book.....and alot of that stuff is misleading

GlennJr, please imagine a middle-aged lady in a dark business suit and with a troubled expression on her face ask you the following questions:
"Mr. Jr. did you ever accept any money or any other form of payment from Ms. AnnaKonda? Did this person ever tell you what to say or write or think?"
It is amazing that more and more people come to a similar conclusion: pulling no punches sometimes hurts the punched less than it hurts the punching ...

Melvin lived for being a Temptation ...
If only all of them had the way Melvin did ...

I'm pretty sure Paul did. He is the true Temptations. Otis said it himself.
