I have to say, I'm not feelin' these uniforms the Lakers are wearing tonight. I know everybody wants a white Christmas, but I don't think that's what they have in mind.  And YES Sukka, it DOES matter what they wear!!!!  |

it's not the color of the uniforms, it's the lakers lack rhythm and so now they have the blues.
the white uniform was last worn by l.a. in 1966-1967. they will use it on sunday games from now on. it doesn't matter. when they shake up this lineup, green and beige would still make them champs.

I wonder whose idea it was to have them play in gold primarly at home. I know some colleges use gold as an alternate. I guess the owner wanted them to stand out from the other teams.  |

No you can watch a REAL TEAM ! Watch the SIXERS ! Sukka, they (LAKERS) didn't look like champs on December 25,2002! They are the second best team in the Staples Center. |

they weren't the lakers mike-they were the FAKERS-
somebody stole the real team and didn't tell shaq and kobe.
they played with less energy than the quakers and the shakers. they couldn't have picked leaves up if they were the rakers.
they were the givers yesterday, but not the takers as they gave the game away.

In the NBA the rule is white at home and colors on the road. Most road uniformes look better to me and I would like to see the rule changed so it's like the NFL in where they wear colors at home at white on the road.Certain franchises have special rules or exemptions they follow like the Yankees pinstripes and the Lakers Gold Home Uniforms.

The Lakers don't need the white unis. As for the gold home unis, the San Francisco/Oakland Warriors wore gold home unis for a long time, till they caved in and went to white.

The league caved them in SS. You have to submit any changes in uniform prior to the season and the league decides who wears what.
