Do we know what ever became of this? It took the same route as Otis' lawsuit against Woodson for the rights to Treat Her Like A Lady...and Berry Gordy's lawsuit against Tony Turner! :laughing

Otis sued Woodson for the rights to "Treat Her Like A Lady"? On what grounds? That song is just as much Woodson's as it is Otis' (at least in writing credit terms). Ed

does anyone know what became of Barrington suing Otis and the tempts? ... Is that still an ongoing case or did someone win?;D The case is pending. This is a relatively new case, and it takes time to go to court, or reach a settlement outside of court. Did you get a chance to see the 'Barrington Henderson on Celebrity Justice" thread? If you didn't, I suggest that you take a look at it, some of it's contents may satisfy your curiosity.

Well that's what I thought about the group itself. The Temptations are just as much any Tempts group as they are Otis' group. ;D
