i'm at school right now, so unfortunately i cant listen to those songs. BUT when i get home, thats the first thing i'm going to do!! I'm so excited and anxious, i just can't wait to hear our own Curet(Joe) singing!!! Esp. he and his friends song!! Geez, Joe! You have a beautifully sweet tenor. It has depth which gives it grounding but it sounds like it could soar into the heavens. You sound positively fantastic on "Just My Imagination". I'm diggin' into the rest of these next..  Are these of recent vintage? Is this what I have to look forward to when I see the Channels next month?.. Ed |

I know that guy. he's good. I know you too bruh and you ain't no slouch either. One day we're gonna hook up again and maybe folks might pay to hear us  I have NO problem singing backup for you or anyone else. I always said I'm just a backup singer who sings an occasional lead here and there. |

Ed Hi Ed, These were recorded 10 years ago on my TASCAM 4 Track recorder. I can still get up there when needed. I've been singing 2nd tenor for about two years since the Channels 1st tenor returned. Next month, all you will hear is Earl Lewis - he does all the leads like Levi Stubbs... but he ain't no Levi |

Hey Joe,
I just listened to your Tempt's tunes. Very Cool ! I'm impressed but not surprised, based on the sweet harmonies you help supply for Earl Lewis when you're in Channels mode. But it was nice to hear you up front on lead ( as well as backup vocals) doing a different but related style.

Well I didn't realize that Ricardo was the OTHER cute guy in that picture (you of course being the first cute guy.) I've seen that before and always thought he was someone famous, I just couldn't figure out who. He reminds me of someone.  Folks used to say Ricardo Wright looked like James 'JT' Taylor from KOOL AND THE GANG He also looks like Donnie Simpson from the old BET show, Video Soul. |
