Name some of your favorite "movie magic" in the movie. What is some amazing stuff or stuff that could have only happened in the movie.
Mine is how shelly doesn't age.

Mine is: How David missed an "important meeting" when it hadn't even taken place yet! The meeting took place AFTER Blu and Otis LEFT David's apartment!

Yeah C5, I was just thinking about that the other day when I was watching it. I guess they did that because David's apt. scene was a better one for them to come back from a commerical from. Hype, even funnier than how Shelly never ages is that his hairstyle never changes either.

My favorite is watching Melvin's bow-tie leave and come back and leave and come back during Shout. If it weren't for Leon in the scene, my eyes would never leave that bow-tie (or where it SHOULD be, when its gone) . But alas, I have to keep watching Leon to see if he really "zips his pants up" :laughing :shocked :laughing

How Momma Rose looked older when Otis visited Haze in the 70s than when Melvin died in the 90s.

A Few More Favs: When Otis and his son are playing basketball, Lamont's teeth are completely jacked up,(sorry O, but I had to !) BUT, when they get to Paul's house ..His teeth are perfect.... now come on people.. what dentist do you know that works that FAST? And , did anyone notice that when the Tempts came home after the 1st tour, when Otis got off the bus he had a process in his hair but... when he bent down to kiss Josephine, he had a nappy 'fro.... HILARIOUS

Josephine's hair never changed, either. I got so sick of that blue hair thingy she had.
I still say there were two of those boys (twins). The second one was much cuter and didn't jack up easy words like "road" and "father." He also had a high behind. ;D

when they go "down south" they are clearly still in Pennsylvania (where the movie was filmed.) We have short, squatty, grey, Scotch-Irish barns here, the ones in the movie ("get your freedom rider asses back up north!") are tall, white Dutch/German barns.

On the bus during the first tour, Blue is playing the guitar for some girl and like 20 seconds later David is kissing her. I'm like, they could have atleast changed her clothes. Angelica

One more.. I promise ;D, When David and Flynn are riding in the Rolls after the Copa scene.. look closely at the cars parked alongside the curb, and you'll see 3 BRAND NEW CARS(98 or 99 models) . you have to be quick though, or you'll miss 'em.

This may not be the right place for this but here goes. Were Mama Rose and Haze that close in real life? Especially the part when O comes home and finds out that Haze has cancer. Mama Rose is there taking care of Lamont.
Mary Wilson's dress was not very flattering (at the St. Stephen's opening).
Thoughts from my neice who watches this stuff when she visits here. (Never too soon to bring the young ones up right!) How come Melvin and Whitney have the same mom? And....Johnnie Mae is also an Ikette?LOL
Also, was that one talented high school or what?

Oh, yeah, I love those. My favorite was the red SUV. That driver must have been waaaay ahead of the times.
