Remember me mentioning that my minister and his family were in Jackson, TN last Saturday for his brother-in-law's funeral? This is the church where the funeral was held. Sunday evening - nothing left but the front wall!!

GOD BLESS ALL who survived and GOD BLESS ALL OF THE FAMILIES. Know one can imagine what's it like to be in a situation of that kind of disaster, just to think about it is scary. Between the tornados and flooding, it's hard to imagine what these people must now live with and how to cope with tragic results of this nature. GOD BLESS THEM ALL.

WORST WEEK ON RECORD By early Saturday, 298 tornadoes had been reported to the weather service nationwide, said Rich Thompson, the Storm Prediction Center’s lead forecaster. The most recent comparable rash was 159, in 1999. That is the most tornadoes in one week since record-keeping started in the 1950s, said Dan McCarthy, warning coordination meteorologist at the prediction center. “We just don’t have a down day; that’s what’s been very unusual. It just doesn’t seem to stop,” Thompson said early Saturday.
