Well, this one's not about the Tempts, but I thought y'all would get a kick out of it anyway....... I dreamt last night that Aba took a bunch of us to an NBA game, got us in free and we got to sit on the front bleacher (which is funny since they don't have bleachers in the pros.) Everyone who walked by us stop to say hello to him, he knew everyone. The whole time I sat next to him saying "so, when are you gonna introduce me to Shaq?" i guess I sat next to you cause it was your dream, huh?  |

I dreamed last night that Paul and I went to some skank grocery store and got deli sandwhiches.
I got ham and swiss, no idea what he got.

My dream is that the band starts to play Get Ready and the announcer says. " Ladies and Gentlemen are you ready? Here they are the Tall, Tan, Tantalizingly Tempting Temptations. " The group comes out and begans to move so smoothly across the floor and the crowd goes crazy and the show is so incredible, like magic as they go from one song to another and then it's time to introduce the members of the group. Otis then says "and now here's our newest member." I step forward and take my bow.  |

I dreamed that it was during our family reunion and we put on a talent show. Four of my sisters and I decided to be the Tempts (females of course). We dressed in short tux and heels. I did the David and Dennis leads and we were "all that." Our last number was My Girl and of course our family gave us a standing ovation. Then, all of a sudden we heard a commotion behind us and it was the real Tempts (David, Eddie, Paul, Melvin, Otis & Dennis). They came in dancing and singing Aint Too Proud To Beg. I was thrilled and in shock and amazement. They were smiling at us and knew we were embarrased to be caught in the act. ;D

I dreamed about Paul twice and Eddie once. We were just talking.........I have even dreamed about Otis. :shocked :laughing. In the dream he gave me his autograph..............when I woke up I thought I had it for real.......I was like Dang!  . Dreamed about Ron and GC too. Still waiting to dream about Ruffin! I listen to there the music before bed thats probably why i dreamed about them. |

I have only dreamed about two Tempts.I dreamed me and Otis were shopping.I could never figure that dream out and can not remeber if Otis was buying or not but since it was my dream I am sure he was.I also dreamed about GC once and please don't ask me why but I dreamed he was laying on the bed and I was playing with his hair.I kept wanting to buy a new comforter I am not sure if that was what the bed deal was or what ,but those are the only two Tempts dreams I have had. I guess you guys said Thank Goodness for that.

Well this one is a doozey .................. I dreamed I was standing next to J Lo at an award ceremony. Apparently she was fidgeting too much and they told her to go "sit down her parents." Well, it turned out her parents were Otis and Patti Labelle. ............... No, I take that back Otis denied that he was the father but I didn't believe him.
We were all sitting at a table, J Lo was talking about one of the Tempts being drunk and acting like an idiot and then I turned and looked at Bo (there were six Tempts there) who was laying face-down asleep on the table.
Then they all go on stage and Bo leads "This is My Promise" while the rest of the group is way up high on a platform. Then the tune changes and they start singing "It's Raining Men" with J Lo. They have strapped on these harnesses and suddenly come flying off of the platform as if they are "raining" out of the sky.
Weird.

I have even dreamed about Otis.   . In the dream he gave me his autograph..............when I woke up I thought I had it for real.......I was like Dang! I hate those dreams! Where you think you have something, wake up, and bam, its gone! I have had so many of those, and the stuff I get is always this really old junk that I've always wanted... I actually cried after one of those b/c I wanted that one item so bad... lol I can't really remember a lot of my dreams, but one of my friends had a dream about me. She dreampt I was the first white female Temptation... She wanted me to be a Tempt for Halloween... *to self* I have weird friends |

I can't really remember a lot of my dreams, but one of my friends had a dream about me. She dreampt I was the first white female Temptation... She wanted me to be a Tempt for Halloween... *to self* I have weird friends You must be a great singer! ...it's growing... |

After so many years of not having a Tempts dream, I finally had a Tempts-related dream last night.
There was some concert where the Temptations and Dramatics were performing together. Dennis Edwards was at a table in the back of the amphitheater where the concert was going to be. People were interviewing him, and I wanted an autograph, but he got all mad and replied, "I don't have time to sign autographs! Come back later!" Yeah... I was embarrassed and disappointed. Then I was wondering if my mom would be disappointed at seeing a Dramatics concert without Ron Banks, because he was her favorite one. And she didn't know that he had passed away, so I was thinking... Now she's going to be so sad when she doesn't see him up there.
