i had the wackiest temptation dream last night!
i dreamt i was in a hospital in a small theater where they entertain patients with 30 seats or so and a small stage with a curtain. behind the curtain, about to go on, were richard street and me. richard was showing me the steps to my girl. then the curtain opened up and we were kind of jerky with it so we ended up on our backs on the floor of the stage and richard was on my left and david ruffin appeared on my right. we were 3 men on the floor facing up with microphones and people were leaving because as i was trying to accompany the other 2 they kept stopping the song saying ,sukka-you don't come in there- or sukka- you don't say oh baby yet! i was arguing with them saying - i know what i'm talking about-i've seen the miniseries! ;D

Ok, the latest installment of "Ivory had too much allergy medicine before she went to bed..." Here's what I dreamed last night....... I was at a Tempts concert that was being held at my church in Chattanooga  , it was nice, the crowd was moderately in to it. The Tempts leave. Then, the Review comes out and the crowd goes CRAZY! About half way through the show, Damon and Richard join them. Dennis begins singing some song and strolls around the audience. He comes over to where I'm sitting (which is WAY back in the back) and stands in front of an empty seat in the row behind me. Then Richard comes and stands in front of an empty seat in the row in front of me. They reach to put their arms around one another, so there they are, standing over me and I'm kinda ducked down feeling stupid and they keep looking down at me as if to say "stand up and hug us too," but I'm not clear if that's what they REALLY want me to do. Finally Dennis pulls me up by the arm and there we all are hugging on another. They had on suede jackets and I could smell the leather in my dream. Then, Fair Lady Soul and I spend what seems like forever driving back to her house while listening to some Bon Jovi tape. I give up, Y'ALL try and figure that one out!!!  |

I forgot to add, the name of the Bon Jovi album we were listening to was "Live at the Casino San Pablo." Apparently that's a popular venue. ;D

It wouldn't take any prodding to get me to hug Richard or Dennis ;D I always thought Richard was so FINE!! ;D Wouldn't it be great if all the living Tempts - past and present could put their differences aside and put their arms around each other. They ought to thank God for the blessings He gave to each of them and put the past in the past!

LOL! True dallas, Richard is a might fine looking man and Dennis is VERY huggable, but I think my reluctance came from them being in the middle of the song and me not wanting to interrupt. Funny Stirrer. |

Ok, in our latest installment of "Ivory needs Help" weird dreams r us............ A few nights ago, I dreamed the Four Tops were going to be performing in my home town. I got together with a bunch of my high school classmates (who for some strange reason, also went to church with me) because we were going to do a skit before the show. We arrived early to get ready, but before we did our skit I made us some sushi and we all ate it. Then, in the middle of our skit, the roof that we were performing under collapsed but it didn't hurt us, it was more funny than anything else. Then the Four Tops came on, sans Levi with Theo doing all of the leads. They got into the first verse of "Bernadette" when I realized I hadn't purchased the flash card for my digital camera that would allow me to take enough photos. Fortunately, Target was located just adjacent to the park where the concert was being held. I ran in there, talked to the lady behind the counter who got me the flash card I needed. "Wait, you get a free gift!" she said as I turned around to leave. "You get to choose a free duffle bag." She showed me all the ones I had to choose one, I didn't care at first, I just wanted to get back out to the show because I had already missed two songs (I could hear Theo singing "Can't Help Myself".) But then I saw one of my choices was a Strawberry Shortcake duffle bag and I got excited!  "I'll take that one!" I said and ran back to the show! ......... and then I woke up and found Bobby Ewing in my shower! ;D Seriously, I thought it was odd that I could CLEARLY hear Theo singing lead on all of the songs, it wasn't Levi. That's strange because the only time I've heard that is at the concerts I've attended, I'm more familiar with the Levi versions of course. As a matter of fact, I can't even imagine it now! Ok, who wants to analyze that one? |

I had a Temptations dream the bight before the board was down, and when I came online to share it with everyone, I get an email from ProBoards...the boards are down! And then when the boards were back up, I forgot the dream! ACK!  |
