pop's not eating, and he's depressed. mom and my brother and get him to eat. he's also losing kidney function, but his blood pressure is stabilizing, and he's retaining too much water, but his urinary tract isn't working right now. mom thinks he's going to die.  i think he's not happy with the slowness of the recovery. |

dad's kidney's don't need dialysis! he's in rehab finally!
a one week stay in the hospital is now 30 days as of today-he went in feb3rd.
he will be in rehab at least 2 weeks - so 6 weeks in the hospital!
he's doing better-eating better, heart is stabilizing.
his 70th birthday is wednesday.
my son stevie's 18th birthday is thursday.

Sukka I am sorry to say I had been avoiding this page... :-/I lost my father almost 3 years ago and didn't want to deal with an unhappy subject. Well I know that is selfish of me and Im sorry, so I hope things go well for you. You are in my thoughts and prayers. By the way I am not telling you all of that for everyones Im sorrys.. either because lets face it at some point or another we have all lost somebody or something close to us, I just felt the need to explain my absence to Sukka... I am glad your father is doing better.  |

laura, you need not apologize. i know that not everyone has addressed this with me, but that doesn't mean they didn't want to or that they didn't care. you have my heart on your loss as well. it's no fun dealing without loved ones, but these things are part of life. aba,tdal, angelniece, ive,kiki, thank you very much! |
