I caught the tail end of it Monday morning. I'm going to look out for it. I'm sure it will repeat at least 5 more times this month. I was and still am a huge NE fan. Bobby will always be my favorite member second to Johnny. The clip I happend to see with Bobby talking he looked a mess. I wish he and Whitney would get their acts together for the sake of Bobbi Christina and Bobby's other children.

Yeah I thought I saw a Ricky Bell solo album on the screen but I had never heard of it. I know they talked about BBD's first album but what about the last two that weren't so great? They skipped a lot really. I didn't even notice they didn't mention Boyz II Men. They could have talked about Mike's Biv 10 (affiliated with Motown right?). He came up with the East Coast Family right? Boyz II Men, Another Bad Creation, BBD, MC Brains, etc. even his Biv 10 Pee-Wees. I was entertained though. Poor poor Bobby. Thanks Kalisa, for telling me like 2 minutes before showtime.

Ricky Bell's solo album, titled "Ricardo Campana - The Album", looks like this: It was released on 3rd Vision Records in 2000 and, if I remember correctly, it disappeared at lightning speed. I don't have it but it can be obtained rather cheaply by clicking here for the eBay listings. Ed

Suffice to say, there wasn't nearly as much information as we would have liked (I want to know more about that 'legalized slavery' contract they got into and lots of other things... and why Ronnie Devoe wasn't in the interviews!)... BUT, I came away knowing more than I knew to start with. Other than a few songs I really didn't know much at all about NE, so I'm grateful. Leaves me wanting more, though! (which is supposed to be what good entertainment does, so there ya go.)

I can't think of the Realty Company with the red, white & blue ballon but I saw an add with him as a realtor.... unless it was a "photoshop". However someone on the net verified he is a realtor.

Hi ABa... My wife and I caught it last week. I saw similarities with our Temps and NE. I never knew Ralph was disliked among his group members. I guess when he retreated to be alone, the other guys figured he Ralph thought he was "all that". I can see Mike Bivens as the Otis; a business man for NE. I was also surprised Boyz II Men was never mentioned. For me, bringing in Johnny Gill was like Theo coming in with Ali Woodson on board. Now there was a scene out of the FIVE HEARTBEATS when Bobby Brown looked in the camera and said NKOTB could never be NE... "y'all never be New Edition", just like Eddie King, Jr. telling Flash "trying to riff like me, trying to be like me; well you're never gonna be me cause you ain't got it and you ain't me!"What's up Curet30? I didn't know that either. Ralph was the quiet one to me all the time. And I had that same feeling when Bobby said that................I was thinking of the Five Heatbeats too!!!! ;D

Would it be ReMax curet?
Hey I have an idea to get more info... let's get the guys to write books and you know where that leads? MINI-SERIES!!!! The we can learn the facts and debate what really happened and such!
Didn't Bobby rap with Ralph on "Stone Cold Gentleman"?
How about this missing from the show?
It’s poison Don’t be cruel, it’s my prerogative To do what I gotta do, have a little sensitivity Do me, baby, I wanna get rubbed the right way So what you gotta say Oh, no, she’s a candy girl livin’ in a half-crazy world That’s the way I’m livin’, girl Now every little step I take is another NE heartbreak My, my, my
{Get back} We’ve got to put this back together {Get right back} And send our word to the mutha

Aba my sister told me that she heard Bobby Brown had a stroke not to long ago. That might be the reason why his mouth was turned and he spoke slow and with a slur.

That would explain it. That is what it looks like. It also seems plausible, given the fact that he's been using for so long. Poor guy... Ed

Guys.............puleeeze........then I guess Dennis also had a stroke if you look at the Harrah's Video you see the same kind of slurred speech and look around his mouth. If he had had a stroke, they would have told you..........no way they let him look like that on tv unless it was his own valition. I have seen way to much of the dark side of life and he was not in control of all of his faculties......believe me and it sure as hell wasn't a stroke, trust me on that one!!! ;D ;D

He's been abusing for many years. The shame is that he can't seem to get away from it. There are many musicians before him who've been unable to free themselves from the clutches of drugs. He's been high on everything I've seen him on in the last two years - "Jimmy Kimmel", the "Thug Lovin'" video w/ Ja Rule, and, sadly, "Behind The Music". I have known victims of strokes and they are often left with slurred speech and impaired mental capabilities. It doesn't have to affect the obvious things like mobility. The lasting effects can be far fewer and less devastating. Does it look like Bobby was...um...high on life? Yeah, it sure does and, frankly, I hope it's just that simple. If he isn't careful, he's gonna end up having a stroke anyway and it may not be pretty. He's getting older and the body loses it's resiliency as time progresses. Ed
