In a timeout during the second quarter, the University of Tennessee did a profile on Keenan, the Pride of the Southland Marching Band's drum major. The music bed for the profile was "Papa was a Rolling Stone." Ivory, I'm sorry your Tide took a Roll. GO VOLS!!! UT 17 ALABAMA 13 P.S. I once mentioned in a previous thread that UT had a football player (late 1990's I believe) whose name was Eddie Kendrick.

At a step show we had a while back, the men of Phi Beta Sigma came out in suits as the Tempts and before each series of steps, they lip-synched a little to a few Tempts songs. My Girl and Papa Was A Rolling Stone were two that I can remember. It was fun.
