Miss Tara, I don't think I deserve a for such that confession. But whenever I watch a movie that plays in NYC or another huge city, I wonder how people can find their way around I gave you a thumbs up because I am in the south as well. I live in the 3rd biggest city in our state. Which is probably equivalent to one block in NY :laughing

Well lets not jump the gun too awfully fast. Again, I'm sure some of us need to plan ahead. When is this show? And if everyone who wanted to participate agreed to NYC, I think it would be best if we all sat together instead of being spread out. You know how those concert things go. I could be in the nose bleed section, and Mike could have front row. ;D And besides, wouldn't Mike just have to fall outta bed and suffer no pain of anxiety? NYC Mike Hi MissTara, There's no nose-bleed section at BB King's. It's basically a dinner setting on one level with a stage. If you are sitting at a table, the farthest you can be is about 10 tables from the stage... then there's the bar which is about 90 to 100 feet from the stage (about the distance from home plate to first base on a baseball diamond). These meetings are usually held the same day we have a show . I'm hoping the Channels are not performing Feb. 28, ' 05. I'd like to meet up with Dennis and the Review again.

If I can do this, I'll have to do it by train. I am never driving to NYC again....LOL! The New Jersey Turnpike has got to be the most boring drive I've ever taken in my entire life. Bleck! I just don't have that in me again.... ;D

You have not been on a road trip until you've driven the highways with me, baby!

What I really would like to do is meet at Detroit. We could visit the Motown museum and walk the streets our Temptations have walked. I would love to see he house where David lived, and Melvin ... or, if the houses aren't there anymore the street. I would love to see the city where The Temptations were the Temptations. Maybe, we could get Dennis or Richard or Otis or one of them to join us for a couple of hours. Wouldn't that be great?

Actually, the date of the Review show at BB King's, which says Monday the 28th at PollStar, is FRIDAY FEB. 25, 2005, according to BB Kings website...which makes more sense than a Monday show as advertised by Pollstar. www.bbkingblues.com/schedule/index.shtml

I would absolutely LOVE to do that one day. Give me an excuse to set this destination as a goal and I'll take advantage of it... Ed
