This thread is a Group Meeting Proposal. I propose that we make a weekend meeting for us. To me, ( I could be wrong) it seems like most of us are on the Mid to Eastern part of the US. If anyone else is interested, we should make it for sometime next year so that everyone that wants to participate has enough time to plan and save money for the trip. We need to discuss the place as far as it being kinda in the middle of where everyone is at. We need to know ( for those who want to participate) where everyone is located so we can make a decision on where to have the event. I'm sure when we come up with a final date, and place, and head count, we may get a deal as far as hotel reservations go. I think it would be fun. Bring your CD's, tapes, LP's so we can all jam. Tell me what you all think?  |

I think it would be great if it can be done. There are some very cool people on this board and those who love the Temptations like crazy. To have a roomfull of people to debate and discuss with and jam with would be great...............do your thing!!!!  |

 Mike..I was just logging in to offer that suggestion. I know that four of us are already going to be there. ;D We can have the pre-show party at the Hilton Times square, which is right across the street.

Again, I'm sure some of us need to plan ahead. When is this show? And if everyone who wanted to participate agreed to NYC, I think it would be best if we all sat together instead of being spread out. You know how those concert things go. I could be in the nose bleed section, and Mike could have front row.  ;D And besides, wouldn't Mike just have to fall outta bed and suffer no pain of anxiety? Ok, well lets see what others say about that. Lets give it a few days to be read by the other members. Depending on the head count, it would take a while for planning, because not only do you have to plan for yourself, we'll have to plan what, when, where, how, and who as a group thing |
