While watching Mary Wells Unsung story, they showed her singing a sung that she had written to have Jackie Wilson sing, but she ended up singing it herself in 1960. It was called "Bye Bye Baby" and as she was walking across the stage singing it, you could see Otis, Melvin, Paul, and Eddie singing background. I wasn't going to watch this Unsung story, but thank God I did. Seeing the Tempts singing back in those days made it worth it.

Hymesse...go to "YOUTUBE"and type in Mary Wells-Two Lovers/Bye Bye Baby and you will see the whole video!!!This is when the Temps were "lean and hungry" trying to find their "niche"...These 4 guys were tight with each other and on this video it shows,I think it was done after AL had been fired and before David had been hired..To me they looked determind and ready to explode..Notice the guitar player,,,that's none other than Cornelius Grant, who would eventually become known as the 6th Temptations...TEMPS 4-EVER!!!

Sixfingers, thank you. I went to youtube and checked it out and to me this was a real treat. I use to think that I was a real Temptations fan, but after coming on this site and reading and seeing all the knowledge here, I know I have a long way to go and much to see. The good thing about that is what is old to you all is new to me and it's a pleasure seeing new old things.....TEMPS 4-EVER!!! (and a day)
