;D New Ed Sullivan DVD's coming in September: The Supremes, The Temptations and more Three new DVD releases are lined up for September 13th, 2011: Best of The Supremes On The Ed Sullivan Show, Best Of The Temptations On The Ed Sullivan Show and Motown Gold From the Ed Sullivan Show (Various Artists). For the first time on DVD, this collection offers the Temptations' very best Ed Sullivan Show performances. Included here is the group's very first appearance in May 1967, in which they performed a medley of hits including "My Girl" and "(I Know) I'm Losing You." Other songs featured are the group's No. 1 hit "I Can't Get Next to You," a playful version of "You've Made Me So Very Happy," the Top Ten hit "Psychedelic Shack," and the 1969 hit single "Runaway Child, Running Wild" with Dennis Edwards replacing David Ruffin. The Temptations' last performance on The Ed Sullivan Show (1971) is also included, broadcast just a few months before the show went off the air, in which they performed "Get Ready" and their No. 1 hit "Just My Imagination (Running Away With Me)." Tracks 1. Medley: Girl (Why You Wanna Make Me Blue), All I Need, My Girl, I'm Losing You 2. Don't Look Back 3. Medley with The Supremes: Get Ready, Stop! Was Paul's performance of "For Once In My Life" on the Ed Sullivan Show as well? or was that TCB....at any rate it should be a bonus video on this dvd either way. Just because that is one of my favorite live performances of all time!

Paul's great performance of "4 once in my life" was done on TCB and also on the album "Temptations live at the copa" To my knowledge he did not sing that song on Ed Sullivan Doc |

I watched it and its awesome. A lot of it is stuff I've seen before but the quality of the video is really good. I would definitely recommend it.

The DVD is great,The Tempts sing Girl Why You Wanna Make Me Blue, All I Need, Losing You My Girl,they also sing with The Supremes and the Tempts perform Autumn Leaves and Hello Young Lovers,and they also sing a medley of I'll Be There, Aint No Mountain Enough,and Sweet Lord,some have never seen these performances before.
