Hubby and I just made it back home from the concert. There is only one word to describe the experience: FANTASTIC! I loved every minute of it -- except when they sang "Treat Her Like A Lady." I had expected at least one lousy sentence dedicating the song to Ali Ollie. I thought it would have been appropriate ... I felt a sting in my heart and yelled Ali, Ali, Ali! The folks in front of us turned around and looked kind of perplexed at me. They prob. thought I was rooting for the other Ali. :biglaugh: I was probably a nuisance with all my hollering and yay-yaying, and hubby was somewhat embarrassed (again). But he did not interfere with my excitement ... Now, you all, believe it or not -- I shook O's hand and even told him how great they were. He def. deserves to hear such compliments. Now ... Bruce was good; a little raw at times. The star was Ron. He has a stage presence becoming a true Temptation. He was much better than I had expected. (And no -- it had nothing to do with drinking half of a 60 oz. Margarita before the concert!) He sounds great. I could go on forever ... but I guess you all know by now: these guys are fantastic. I can only imagine what a show with David, Eddie, Paul and Melvin must have been like ... :singingheart:
