The movie was entertaining. But it was way too one sided. I'm here because I love the Temptations the group. Not the Temptations movie. ![]() temptsinfo.com/smilies/wtg.gif![]() :hug |

The movie offered those who never knew or saw the C-5 a chance to see a little of the story of the Temptations. The first two hours were great as far as I'm concerned but the last two seemed to be rushed together to fit into a four hour format. However, that doesn't detract form the fact that other than the movie, the average person has no visual history of the group like you do the Beatles or Rollin Stones and if for no other reason thant it sparks conversation and reserch and controversy, then it was worth it. If it brought us to boards like these, it was worth it. If it made you want to find out the truth, it was worth it.

THANK YOU MIKE, I WAS STARTING TO FEEL ALONE IN THIS! You guys know how I feel about the movie, however, I will say one positive thing about the movie and that is It's a GREAT "half fiction" movie!  A long music video at best! The music was great! All HOF6 tunes. |

I loved David even the way he was protrayed ... Even more now I know more then one side of david ... The movie is a good spark to set a fire ;D |

I thought it was a pretty good movie.. altho I have still to watch it on TV..
I found it while at Wall Mart.. just looking at dvds.. saw it.. and thought. OMG! and had to buy it, there was no decision to make when I saw it on the shelf.. had to get it...so I did.. I still havent watched it from a TV channel.. just my trusty ole DVD.

Since I got the DVD, I never watch the old VHS tape. The DVD has the extra scenes. I just wish it would have had good extras like outtakes, deleted scenes, song rehearsals, etc. ;D ...all, all I need... |
