And if you don't blink, you'll see Ali Woodson ........... look for him on the scene on the bus when the other band members call "Little Richard" a sissy for wearing makeup. Ali says "I wanna be a rich sissy ....... hand me that powder puff!" ........... cracks me up! :laughing

This aired again on December 3rd it was pretty good. I think it could have been longer and have had more detail to what is going on with him now. My favorite part was when Sam Cooke is on stage and they're like I know he ain't gone let Sam kill em like that. AND HE DOESN"T. Leon was awesome in this role as usual

I missed this one somehow. Little Richard is flamboyant, to say the least! Tutti-Fruitti was never more fun! ...standing on shakey ground...

It was "them" mannerisms and expressions that was killin' me. I mean, i was crackin' up (not out of disrespect though) I wonder if Leon used the same actin' coach as Dennis Quaid when he portrayed Jerry Lee Lewis in "Great Balls OF Fire". Yeah, i can watch it again. Was that Ali doing the vocals for Leon? -Nate "Boomer"

I've seen it said somewhere that Ali did some of "Young Richard's" voice, but after repeated watchings/listenings, I'd have to have Ali tell me straight up that he did it and where it was. But of course you recognize Ali as the guitar player . And agreeing with 'Richard' on the bus that yes, he wouldn't mind being seen as a rich sissy.
