Yeah, you can kinda see the difference here......... The Impala doesn't have fins.

:(Thank You for explaining the difference, it was hard for me to tell the difference! I usually recognize cars by there color or license plates! Obviously I don't know a whole lot about cars!

Oh me either, I probably would not have noticed if Nupe hadn't pointed it out. People ask me what kind of car I drive and I say "a red one" ;D

Didn't yall know that in the 60's and 70's every black man goal was to drive a Cadillac? Incidentially, Didn't Otis say that he didn't learn to drive, or get his license until 1968? ref: His autobiography, Temptations Peace, NUPEMAN88

It had been over a year since I had watched the miniseries, and we decided to watch the whole thing this weekend....just to see the bloopers we didn't notice. Had a good time laughing at them...you guys have some *good eyes!* I missed most of this stuff. I don't know if it's this message board or what.... but the "Otis....Hail the Conquering Hero" theme really seemed stronger than usual while we watched it last night. I guess it never seemed that heavy-handed... until you guys were a bad influence on me. ;D ;D Also, Anna made me fast-forward through Melvin's funeral scene with Smokey singing... for one, Smokey's singing leaves her cold. But mostly..... it is too painful for her to think about Melvin being gone. Sweet little girl.... she really loves her Melvin. She got such a big kick seeing him dressed up as Santa on the one Christmas CD. Peach

Yeah, the whole last third of the movie is one big sob-fest for me! But it's always a Thanksgiving tradition for me.

Did anyone else notice that Blue was wearing the same clothes when He told Otis about His Son's death. & on the bus a few days later, when Otis returned from the Services?

Did anyone notice in the miniseries that Otis "Chalres" didn't sing anything on or in the mic? Boy that was closest to the truth. :laughing :laughing Lemme stop bashing the poor man. Oh yea, I just remembered, Back in October they were using Melvin's voice on the songs they did. This was after Harry was out of the group. Otis told everyone that Harry was "sick" but there were still 5 Temptations. ooops Did I spill the beans?
