The more I think about it, was that actually done on purpose? It certainly helps "Melvin" to have a whimpy side. Do you think that was a diliberate move for Melvin...not DB...to stumble over an argument? It almost seems as if melvin suddenly remembered not to talk back to his boss, and tried to retract his statement.  Yea!It's all a part of our conspiracy theory |

I don't know whether anyone else has noticed that Otis and Melvin have changed their socks after they left the doorsteps in front of Hitsville. On the steps Otis wears white socks, Melvin dark ones. During the audition Otis wears dark ones, and I think when he leaves the building, he wears white ones again. (I'm not quite sure, though). This is the real Otis! Canging socks like nothing ;D |

Thanks for the responses everybody! Where can you see Terron hit his head during "Cloud Nine"? I want to see that! ;D I have a blooper that nobody has talked about. Actually, I don't know if it's a blooper...it just might be me paying to much attention! ;D The scene is L.A. 1977, where Otis and Melvin are telling shelley they are leaving Mowtown. Melvin says something like "Hell, it aint like we're millionaires who can just retire when we feel like it". If you pay close attention, the guy playing melvin stumbles over that whole line, and the one before it as well, almost as if he was JUST remembering his line, right as he's saying it. He seems to consintrate to hard on what he's saying. Okay I do see it it's like at the second roll down and come back up when he grazed the mic **funny** I never seen that but it's this one part when they go down south and and do the drop down and come up dance DB did an extra turnaround before he got to the mic to catch up with the others but he was a lil to late<< this part was before the bus tire change and then he did this again on the part when "they made it to the Copa when they were singing "Im losing you" he backed up a lil late and off que so he had to look at the other guy to see when to go. |

In the beginning, when Otis' relationship with Jo becomes strained, notice how he goes from a conk during the Revue to a fro (must not have been reversion resistant, lol) when he gives her the gift at the kitchen table.....
Lamont's teeth are jacked up during the 1 on 1 basketball with O but, they must have stopped at the dentist before they went to Paul's house because they're fixed....

Aight, I got one I think. As many times as I`ve watched this scene, I`ve just noticed it. When David sneaks on stage for "Ain`t to Proud to Beg" he grabs the mic stand and when he`d taking the mic off, he puts the stand back up. A few minutes later, you see the whole stage again, and the main stand has fallen. A few minutes later, its back up again. Maybe I just imagined it, but anyway  |

Did anyone ever notice that it looked like they used the same casket for Paul and Blue's funeral scene....I mean the same flower arragement and everything....now if that ain't tacky........I don't know what is.
