Right now, I'm watching an informercial for "The Midnight Special", and I was wondering if the Tempts, Eddie, or David ever perfomed on the show.  I really want these DVDs, but I can't wake my parents up from their sleep to get it. ;D DANG!!!!!!  Can anyone answer my question? Please and Thank-you!!!!  |

Stringslady - I remember the show so very well - I do not recall off hand that the Tempts were on the show - but I could be wrong. The Show started back in 1972 - and at that time we did not have the benefit of VCR's. The Beta Max came out later in the 70's - but not very many people had them at first. Anyway - what I am trying to say is that the Tempts could have been on the show - and I did not see the show. Here is a link for you to check out all the episodes of the 9 seasons and see if they were on. Let me know if you find them. Yes as a matter of fact they were. Dennis, Melvin, Otis, Richard, and Glenn was the lineup and thay were doing songs from A Song For You.
