I like Sacramento, Portland, and Philadelphia, since we're talking about pro basketball.
When it comes down to football, my ma has been a Cowboys fan all MY life, and she kind of passed that on to me. I also like the Titans, 'cause McNair is from the 'Sip. For the same reason, with Brett Favre, I also like Green Bay.

Well I never watch baseball but I know that both the Braves and the Yankees are two "all-American teams"

Earthangel........Just remember it is tougher to be stay champion than it is to be champion. As bad as the Lakers have played this year everybody is still worried about them. That's what champions do...make you think about them and that's partof the psycological advantage they hold over you. It is a trmendous accomplishment to have won three world titles ina row. Some guys play their whole career and not win ONE much less three. They not giving them away.......YOU GOT TO EARN IT!!!!!!!!!!! ;D  No one in the East is worried! How 'bout them SIXERS,huh ! Stick around,we will finish the season as one of the top two seeds in the east ! That's the truth ! |

76ers win again! polish off pacers! indiana is fading rapidly, nets barely beat knicks,detroit barely beat atlanta, LAKERS WITH 39 FROM SHAQ AND 31 FROM KOBE BEAT HOUSTON-YAO MING HAD 6 POINTS! SHAQ ATE HIM FOR A SNACK!
dallas barely beat an injured clippers team, michael jordan led the wizards to back to back road victories to go back on top for 8th place- bucks lose again.
it's a whirlwind! celtics lost again! utah won again!
jockeying for position-playoffs-here we come!!

sixers lost a huge game against the warriors. philly made a huge comeback to lose by 4. they were down a long way in the first half.
KOBE BRYANT SET A LAKER RECORD- 42 POINTS IN THE FIRST HALF- AGAINST---MICHAEL JORDAN!!!
HE ENDED UP WITH 55 TOTAL PONTS- AND HE EVEN SAT OUT A LONG WHILE IN THE 2ND HALF.

You know, I live in Philly for almost three years and I can't really dig them Philly teams. Coming from right out of NYC, I just couldn't handle people saying "New York ain't tihs, ya know. And I'm not even a New York Fans. I had to start liking the Knicks just on general principle. They are so cocky down there and for what? Before I went to Philly in summer 1999, I couldn't remember that last time philly had a bunch of great teams or seasons.

self, mikey 'll school ya! sixers win a lot more than they lose! they have a hall of fame coach, and a hall of fame
guard! good supporting cast. don't think they'll get past kobe and shaq,though.

Last time I checked, Philly's road record was 20-16 and Sacremento's was 19-15. OK, so the Sixers won one more road game than the Kings, and the kings lost one less than the Sixers. But lets just see what happens. But last night's game in ATL was a good one. Wasn't that the Hawks who blew them out last week? Well once the Hawks were down by 30 I knew it was Philly's game. |
