DEATH TOLL CONTINUES TO RISE IN RHODE ISLAND FIRE

This is such a tragedy... words truly escape me at this point. After the one in Chicago, it seems even worse. I can only begin to imagine the frightening, painful last moments of all those people as they tried to escape.
Events such as this really make me appreciate the safety in the venues where the Tempts perform... and the sense of security we experience when we attend their concerts. I hope this serves as a wake up call for all the club owners out there.

It's a terrible tragedy!!!! I think about the days I used to go to small clubs to see bands......we used to really pack them in. A horrible way to die. Sometimes I don't even want to watch the news....there seems to be so much sadness in the world. Peach

I'm always saddened by events like this. I try not to think about what it was like in there but the morbid side of me does. I really feel sorry for those who didn't make it. People take too many shortcuts and endanger lots of people.

why do people want to be like sardines escapes me. it was not a good week to go to clubs, but it was a good week to get clubs exposure to the safety violations rampant in the country.

Man how horrible. I equate it to the social club fire in NY when I lived there. It is such a terrible loss.
