 I was just realizing today that it has been TWO YEARS (as of June 23rd) since I saw the Temptations! THAT is freaky! And in November, it'll be two years since I saw the Review! Gosh! I need ta get movin'! I guess that's what happens when you have no money and you can't drive!

Hey Dbaby, that's too long. You know that they will be appearing at a concert near you soon, get those pennies out and go. I just came back from their concert, and All I can say is they are truly AWESOME. ;D

I don't know what it is, but they don't come to Denver! Even though that's like, 4 1/2 hours away, it's the closest they'll ever come! They Only go to Las Vegas. I LOVE it there, so I really wanna go. So does my dad, but I guess not bad enough. I just have to go to all the concerts where I live, which are people like Three Dog Night and Bob Dylan. Which is OK.

Dbaby, I'm gonna add you to my "going to Las Vegas list." Jonel and I decided one night that we need to go to a Vegas show so we can get all dressed up ('cause playing dress up would be half the fun!) So she's gonna bring her whole family and I'm gonna bring Mr. Ivory and I'm gonna bring Fair Lady Soul kicking and screaming with her cell phone taped to her ear so she won't miss any bookings. I'm also gonna bring one of the ladies I work with because she goes to Vegas like every week and another one of my girlfriends who lives in Ohio but loves to go to the casinos. You and the prince can meet us there!

 My son's Godmother is a Blackjack dealer at the MGM Grand... and I haven't seen her in years. A Las Vegas Tempta-holic reunion? What a blast that would be. I would love a trip like that one. Wouldn't that be a hot topic for this board to talk about. ;D

you izz on the mark tdal! we should have some kinda tempts convention or reunion or somethin' like it. i would love to do a 2 or 3 day junket- 2 tempts shows with y'all, and then everybody hit the buffet at circus circus or the hilton and we all have a lovefest of tempts stories and meetin' each other!  |

That Vegas trip sounds very good, I went their a couple of years ago. Stayed where tdallasw son's Godmother works. To see The Temptations there, now that's another trip I would take. Hopefully it will be next year. I'm planning a cruise in August, and that's all of my funds for the year. Las Vegas in 2003 will work for me, we shall see... ;D
