mike 's gotta leave nyc! ain't no room in nyc for an a's/sixers fan! the yankees-knicks fans will put you on top of the nearest don't walk sign ! ;D lakers sucked again-this time vs. suns. they need to trade fisher, horry, fox, walker, madsen, george, shaw, and medvedenko and get some talent to take the load off shaq/kobe-who got 62 pts but the others got 31 combined . lost by 14.  stockton had 20 points ,5 rebounds, 8 assists, 3 steals-at age 41!  |

I have to add a few comments more about my starting 5.
I've already said why Wilt Russell MJ would be on the floor for me.
Bird, Someone had a ? next to his name. I live in Boston and I saw him play 100 games live. Now what makes me pick him was his brian and his ability to do something at every game I had never seen done before. One memorable play was a loose ball at midcourt which he dove for and caught as he was falling down prone on the floor, and in the next instantflipped it back over his prone body to a teammate giving him a clean breakaway. This is just one of many. Did anyone ever use the slap pass before him.
Magic did the same for me. He was the only player I ever saw who could legitimately play all 5 positions on the floor. Yes I know you could place many guys anywhere on the floor, but I am talking technically as a 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5
