I bet Donald Duck put some pants on his little butt today! It was in the low 30's with a wind chill of [glow=red,2,300]19[/glow] in Orlando this morning. It is not supposed to be like that in Florida. The Outer Banks (beaches) of NC got a FOOT of SNOW and 30 mile per hour winds yesterday!! They have virtually NO snow removal equipment. That is where people move to get away from the cold weather - the Canada Geese that flew South for the winter look so confused ;D

I hear it felt like -10 with the wind chill and all in Atlanta. Yesterday it snowed a little. You should hear all the Georgia born and raised kids who aint seen a little snow! They were so crazy and expected to get out of school for 2 cm of snow on the ground, that didn't even stick.

Don't dare short change my winter! I struggled through the other months to get here! Sorry to be selfish here, but the democracy approach is not going to work here. Each season has its extremes. If I can make it through the awful heat of spring and the brutal inferno that's summer, a lil ice cube's not gonna hurt! I am still hoping for a good Va snow fall here. Not these pitiful dustings and 4.5"... PAH! Gimme 10". Make the scenery better. When we start getting 100+ degree summers, you're going to wish you could bottle winter freshness!
You're gonna make it after all!

Then you'd be no more than a puddle. By the way, are you sure those are the only kinds of brain freezes you get? (Just kidding )

we went to perris to see james and rocio and isaac and sariah our grandkids and we played t-ball, read stories, played hopscotch, had homemade mexican food(rocio 's from tijuana) which was posole which was delish, and had fun. now stevie and cheski are going to the church dance in poway.
the tempterature right now at 8:30 pm-67 degrees it was 88 degrees today and ABA-THE SMELL OF BARBECUES HIT OUR NOSES AS WE CAME HOME AND PULLED IN OUR DRIVEWAYS. I HAD THE AIR ON IN THE CAR! when you folks watch the super bowl tomorrow, you'll hear that the temperature is somewhere in the 70's or better at gametime.

My aunt and I cook out all year long... if we want grilled steak with 12 inches of snow on the ground... we're gonna fix it!

sounds more like if you want a frozen steak, cadeho!
i like year round grilling! out here, you can do it without the 12 inches of snow!
i am sure most of you saw how wonderful the weather was for super bowl sunday.
i think the real winner of the super bowl was san diego for having tourist heaven weather for the teams this week. they had a blast.
