Thats in a few days!!! ohhh Im still going thru withdrawels from the AC shows!!!..... ya gonna bring your camera? I think I need to be rich .. I want to hit a concert every month!!
Please give Otis a wink, GC a pinch on his skinny hiney, Ron a kiss, Mr. Huggy Bear himself Joe.. a hug..( he really is a hugger) and sweet Terry .. well I need you to grab his cheeks ( FACE) and wiggle them for me.... LOL

Have a great time Temptress. We know you will for sure. I'm still replaying last Sunday's show and will be for some time to come and if you enjoy half as much as I did you're in for an amazing time! We'll be patiently waiting to hear all the details.

Let me start off by thanking Jane(janebse) for the two tickerts she gave me.  Your the greatest. I had the best seats. Last night the Tempts were OFF DA HOOK.They wore light yellow tuxedos with tails. The looked very elegant and classy---like the Temptin' Tempts they are.The show was SOLD OUT! They started about 15mins late waiting on people to get in and get seated. They really enforced thier rules NO CELL PHONES, CAMERAS OR RECORDING DEVICES.  I did manage to take a few pictures before the ushers told me to put my camera away. Ron was his usual sexy self. Getting the crowd involved and joking around. At first people were just sitting there as if they were watching the mini-series. The guy sitting beside me read the program the whole time...when he wasn't yawning. . Joe did "Ol' Man River" I thought about something GC said in his interview about filling someone spirit..Well Joe does it best. He sounds just like Blu. Joe knows how to work the crowd too. The harmony on that songwas......heavenly to say the least. GC was being GC-- Smooth. He seemed to be look at the woman in the front row the whole time. Smiling and flirting. She turned out to be a local disc jockey. But GC did his thing... twirling the mic stand around and all. Otis is lookin' better and better, a lil sexier, dancin' up something. At one time I was like Go Otis -Go Otis. He was getting off. The highlight of the night fo rme was when Terry sang " Since I lost my baby" He said "can I come down there" and walked off the stage singing. OH MY GOD He shook hands when he walked my way I held out my hand ;D he took it  and I just laid my head on top of his hand  ! But his attention was on a young cutie pie two row up.She loooked to be about 7 or 8. He sang to her. He is such a sweetheart. Overall the show was great. At the end everyone was up sing and dancing. Finally the crowd had got into it...but all of us know what time it is when they sing "I'm Losin' You"  Yep time to go...........AWESOME show  |

Glad you had a great time Temptress. I can't even imagine it's possible to yawn at any time during a Tempts show -- what's wrong with somebody like that! OMR was really awesome wasn't it though. Joe of course is fantastic but the rest of the Tempts certainly show just why they are who they are -- unbelievable talent. That song is almost like a show within the show. Thanks so much for the review.

LOL.. Great Review.. ohhhh they are sooo good arent they!!.. Im home... you can call... Temptress.. I didnt work the OVT today..*s*
I swear.. I have seen some that just sit there and fold there arms.. and dont smile.. either they are just not happy.. or they dont know what else to do with themselves except to sit and stare in wonderment at those guys!!!

My hubby liked it most of all and he only listens to 50 cent  . But he really enjoyed the show and went down to shake Otis' hand at the end of the show. |

Your review made me so happy. They are so special, and I think they are getting better and better. Your joy at the concert made me so happy.
Sometimes you cannot tell how someone is enjoying something. Some people are really outwardly exuberant and it is all a show saying, "See what I can do. See me!" Others are quiet and deep down inside they feel the music.
I look at the Temptations and think how wonderful they are. No one even comes near. Sometimes I think the other groups should just give up and let the Temptations have the stage all to themselves. Whether I am watching past or present Tempts, their dance moves, their clothes, their impeccable harmonics are so far beyond anyone else. And as I have mentioned before, I love their elegance. I was talking about AMADEUS yesterday, particularly the part where Mozart comes in and takes Salerni's melody and gives it depth and eloquence. And Salerni hates God because Mozart has been given the genius and all Salerni has is the ability to recognize Mozart's genius which is way beyond his.
I don't have singing ability or musical ability. I only have the ability to recognize and appreciate it in others. But for that, I thank God.
