Richard Streets Temps gave a great show last night here in NEwcastle, NSW, AUSTRALIA....all the great songs (in no partcular order but they started with MASTERPIECE,Ended with AIN'T NO STOPPING US, others included HEAVENLY, BALL OF CONFUSION, CLOUD NINE, PSYCADELIC SHACK, BEAUTY'S ONLY SKIN DEEP, AIN'T TOO PROUD TO BEG, JUST MY IMAGINATION,
PAPA WAS A ROLLING STONE, I WISH IT WOULD RAIN, CHAIN GANG,STAND BY ME, CAN'T GET NEXT TO YOU, STANDING ON THE TOP, WAY YOU DO THE THINGS YOU DO, MY GIRL, GET READY,
.........................................................................................
The guys look and move great, and Richard keeps some humour in the show too....it's a very slick show, the other guys are great, especially the guy who sang the Ruffin/Dennis parts sang with some grunt! He was a great soul singer, as was their bass guy Clayton, who reminds me so much of a young Dennis, both in looks and his moves on stage
I tried to put some photos in this post but it didn't work?
Any ideas on how to put photos in, I got one of Me and Richard, as well as one of Clayton looking like Dennis and another of the guy who sang Ruffin with my mum.

was the guy who sang "Ruffin" named Terrance?  . You can try emailing the photos to either Ivory or me and we can post them. or, : 1) upload your photos from your computer to an online storage facility, such as sharemation.com. 2) use the image icon or the ![]() [/img ] tags around the URL to your storage space. If you use sharemation, you have to be sure you mark your files "share with public". |

And I don't think his name was Terrance, althoug being front row the words were a bit hard to pick up sometimes....

(sorry it took so long, they needed to be smaller and I thought I'd tweak some red-eye out for ya )     Sounds and looks like you had a GREAT time!! Do you have any onstage pictures? Did you tell Richard about US? |

Bob Henley III is the man singing the Ruffin / Dennis parts for Richard right now. He is originally from Chicago and lives in LA now. He sang for many years with Smokey Robinson. Bob is a great singer and an equally nice guy as well.

I didn't unfortunately get time to ask Richard about his book or tell him about this message board - I just got enough time to get the photo as he was rushing towards the elevator!
Great show all round, and Bob Henley the 3rd has some set of lungs in him, sings with power!

It's too bad Street doesn't sing his Monitors songs. I'll bet he would get a kick if someone were to request that.

I gotta send a BIG THANK YOU to kalisa2.....my hard drive died last week taking ALL my files and pics with it to the gre=ave, had it not been 4 her kind offer to post the photos here I would have lost my only photo with a Temptation....

Loved it...and sadly cos of where i live will probabky be my only chance to see a Tempt live....but the wait was worth it ten times over  |
