Reports are that the Tempts did a fantastic job in Memphis. Terry was AWESOME. Joe danced and sang the whole time.G.C. preached a sermon during "I Wish It Would Rain" and, the Temptations sang "Power," "Stay," "South Pacific," plus the old songs. And some more I can't remember. Ron is recovering nicely from his surgery. "Power" was a surprise because I believe it's been a long while since they sang it in concert. Apparently Joe was most impressive during "Power."

Forgot to mention that I was there both nights. I bought the tickets months ago. They also sang "Standing on the Top," and "Treat Her Like a Lady." Unfortunately, I get so caught up in listening to the beautiful and treasured harmonies that I never write down the songs.
Ron said Joe was brought on the stage to dance a bit earlier than they like to do it because of Ron's surgery.
Interestingly, that particular Casino where they appeared has also booked the Temptations for another concert in the fall.
Forgot to mention. Mobilians claim Melvin was born in Mobile, not Montgomery. I'll have to check Alabama birth records, but wherever he was born, he did live in Mobile for a while. As I said earlier, the house is on the tour in Mobile, and he has relatives in Mobile.
