On another board a review of the new performance by the Temptations has gone up with rave comments.
The concert is a solid two-hour performance. And all five in good voice and moving quickly. Apparently Otis had his granddaughter present and Ron his daughter.

Yeah Jane - I read that review as well. I hope to get the chance to see them again soon. Closest venue in my area is in Charleston, SC on April 6th.

Thanks for the heads up Jane.......
(Here's what she's talking about, posted by "YKrep" on the RonTyson.com concert Review board...)
Sit back in a comfortable chair. Close your eyes. Think of your favorite songs. Those songs from back in the day, I'LL BE IN TROUBLE...IT'S GROWING, you know those songs. Now, think about how exciting it would be to have YOUR favorite songs sung live. The most wonderful thing is that you won't know WHICH song will be sung. You hear snipits or the entire song and your heart is delighted. You won't know if you should laugh, cry, get up and dance, or just sit there while with your mouth connects to your brain and the lyrics flow out as if it were "that day". That special moment. That special time when your "song(s)" meant so much to you. You smell the scents, feel the feelings, and just scream in joy. Pleasure you say? Yes. Sheer pleasure. THEY HAVE DONE IT AGAIN!!!!! Their entertainment abilities are unmatched.
The weather has been in the 80's during the day here. The evening was a warm 60 or so degrees. We were inside. The fellas sweated through their gold suits despite the air condtioning. Bo had to change his jacket. Right there on stage. Yes, his muscles flexed (calm down Song) as he moved about to take off one and put on another (tee hee). No, Mr. Cool Tyson did not sweat like the others. Oh, maybe on his face a bit. The others drenched their jackets.
Terry was in excellent voice as were all of them. Back stage they were very accommodating. Bo still has his fro.
S'cuse me. (Had to wipe the drool from the corners of my mouth.) They all appear in good health, well rested, and were very excited to be performing at home. Ron's daughter was there. Otis' granddaughter was there.
They did a short My Girl segment. No credit card segment. No James Brown routine. Just all Tempts!!!!
The band was excellent. Al was/is wonderful. Base, guitar, drums, and keyboard roadies send their love.
E'nuff said? Cool. Gotta go.
