I am getting such messages all the time. Sometimes it helps to re-start the computer -- at least I think that is what makes it work again ... ;D

and it may just be a new derivation of the "too many connections" error we've been getting

I usually click the "refresh" button and that usually solves the problem. That is a common problem with dial-up ISPs. Some users could be trying to access the site or page you are trying to connect with simultaneously.

Well how did you get here if you were getting that message? I have to go to everything two or three times, because the first time I always get that message, then when I go back and try some more times, I can get it to come up I need DSL! |

We don't know for sure, but if it is a derivation of the "Too Many Connections" problem, it doesn't have to do with how many people are on our particular board, but how many are using the Proboards10 server, the one we are on. I haven't gotten that particular message yet... |
