I hope I stuck this in the right category! ;-) Does anyone have this CD? It's like a solo compilation of Paul, Eddie, David and Dennis? I'm on some stupid list on Amazon to get a used one, because I guess it's out of print. So far, no luck. Is it worth the wait? Or should I stake out something else? I really want to get Paul's solo stuff, which is my main reason for wanting it. ("Feel Like Givin' Up" tears my HEART out.) Anyway...just wondering what you guys think of it! Peach

Really? How can you do that? I'm confused!!! Does it say Temptations on the CD, by the way? Is that why it's out of print? All I know is, it has all the solo stuff I like. "Statue of a Fool," and Eddie's "Shoeshine Boy," plus "Keep On Truckin'" so I can play that over and over and drive my little girl nuts. (She hates that song--don't know why.)

There is one on sale right now on ebay for $34.00 if you think it's worth it, I don't. I got all of David's songs from the Ultimate Collection. You can find Eddie's on his Ultimate collection album. I never was a fan of Dennis's solo work. I'm sure you can find Paul's two songs on the internet for free. I know you might feel bad for downloading music, but me personally I'm tired of waiting, motown is doing a horrible job releasing David's and Eddie's old albums and I was born in 83 so I missed when they were first released. I got all of David's albums thta are out but more material needs to be released.

$34??!!! If I had $34 to spend on something I didn't have, I'd be hitting up my Tempts connection ;-) for the TCB Video that I *still* don't have and it's KILLING me. I was going to buy Eddie and David's stuff separate--but I really do want Paul's songs. And I'd like to be able to listen to them in the car--but I guess not for $34. Hmmmmmm. Wow. Seems kinda steep. Peaches that solo cd is worth 34 dollars if you are a true fan of the music of these men. Mike will see to it you ge what you need and if there is any vinyl lps of their solo stuf let me know. We aim to please round here. As far as Dennis solo work is concerned this cd does not do him justice in that vein. He has some great tunes that did not seem to make the cd.
