They only had two lps or cds...I believe. I have them. I like them also but they were not nerely as polished as the J5. I saw them perform and their choreogrphy left something to be desired.

Motown didn't know what to do with Sam Harris. Sam's voice and style were not right for the label - especially in the '80's. He has had much greater success as a Broadway musical performer and by recording ballads and showtunes. Sam was nominated for a Tony for "The Life" and just finished playing Carmen Ghia in "The Producers". He still has a very devoted fan base. You can check him out at www.samharris.com |
