I haven't heard the entire thing, but one song I can't stand is the song about cigarettes.
I liked Denise but I didn't like that other one's character. She whined and complained too much for me.

Well, it might depend on what we call "dark." I've seen some who weren't that light in plenty of videos.

nothing wrong with light skinned people. i'm one of them! but the fact remains that the proportion of light to true representation remains extremely one sided. i guess if you have a broad nose and full lips and tight curly hair you're not pretty enough to slink around a video.michael jackson even seems to hold to that opinion.
it seems that the pulse of most of us believe in equal rights and racial harmony. my wife bewails the fact that on the spanish novelas on telemundo and univision, the characters portrayed are all white european looking
people, whereas the bulk of the spanish speaking populace are darker and mostly indian blood. my wife is very dark with black and indian blood. it doesn't take away from her beauty it adds to it . yet the world still thinks that white is right for some reason. i like a rainbow myself.

Your wife watches Spanish Sopas on Univision?? Cool. I've been addicted to them for years. Yes, most of the actresses portraying the villains on Spanish soaps are usually European looking. But here's what I don't get. If Hispanic people are not considered Caucasian, but have a separate box marked "Hispanic" on forms, then why can't Greeks and Italians have on marked "Meditteranean" or something to that affect? I mean, many lighter-skinned Hispanics like we see on these soaps can be mistaken for Caucasian, just like lighter-skinned Greeks and Italians.

Those pics were funny! Now, I don't really hate this celebrity, just the character she portrays...the 30 something mother from Gilmore Girls. I totally DESPISE her character!!! It gets on my nerves how she attempts to be so "with it" as it relates to her daughter! Aaauuuggghhh!!!  |
