Good luck. They're going to need plenty of it.
This is simply a strategic move aimed at pulling the rug out from under O's lawsuit before it has a chance to proceed. They're hoping that they can get a court ruling stating that the name they've been performing under isn't infringing on Otis' trademark rights. If -- by some miracle -- that were to actually happen, Otis' lawsuit would be DOA.
Don't hold your breath.
