No, I'm not surprised at all! I could not tell it had nearly the same impact as it did when it was first aired in 99 of course. At that time, everybody was just converted or reborn and looking for fellow believers. I haven't noticed the same fervor this time.

Just think what a Behind The Music program on The Temptations would do? And best of all,it would be REAL!

Well according to Lynard Skynard members the Behind the Music show wasn't an accurate depiction their story. They did another Behind The Behind The Music Special on Lynard Skynard because some members disputed the first show. So it all depends on who or what is considered the truth.

just when we thought we had closed THIS subject, there you go opening another can of worms, kim! ;D no media or tabloid or gossip column or interview is ever going to be 100%. there are ways to snip off words from articles, change the context of the story, make edits to the video or audio. too many dishonest money hungry sensationalist journalists that want to grab attention and audience. like ivory says, niceness is boring. not to me. we hardly ever have nice anymore.

S.T.A.B.S. ,we are always nice. It would give us something other than Otis to get the story from .

Any other version of the story would be nice. We are intelligent enough to decipher and compare notes to see what new things and true things we can find. That's why we are all here. To learn and share as much as we can about the Temptations, right General Ivory? ;D

And would we have expected any other rating from the movie but the top? That's why they keep showing it. NBC should have replayed the darn thing and they would have gotten more good ratings.

That would be a great idea. Every former, past, present Temptation giving there voice in this matter. Maybe then, everyone would be happy, not...
