Coey...as far as cameras, I think they usually say "No Cameras" but...everybody seems to come away with pictures so I don't know how strong they enforce that. I also don't know about the DVD recording. You can probably sneak a bit. Do you have Otis's book? I got some attention (and autograph) just by waving mine stage-front  . If you don't have that, you might try a copy of "Legacy"... |

You wanna hear something REALLY impressive Coey.......... Aba even knows ME!  Oh Man!! This just keeps getting better! hahhahaha!!!  Kalisa.. Yep I have the book and the CD.. So I'll be bring those along with the posters.. A little story about the book.. I loaned to Theola, a woman at work to read over the weekend..and told her that I feel nekkid without it in my purse.. and that I needed to have it back THAT foloowing Monday.. well 2 weeks later.. she STILL didnt bring it in to work.. SO last Sunday I thought.. man I better get another one in case she lost it or something. so I expressed another one.. and Yesterday at work.. she still didnt bring in the book.. so I made her get in my truck at lunch time and TOOK her home to go get my book...Telling her That I HAD to have that book for Thursday.. Anyway.. last night the UPS guy brought my 2nd book.. and my daughter said. now we have two.. and maybe we can get both signed. My daughter just got home after a night out last night.. She is a HUGE Leon fan..I just showed her the Aba pics and she wants me to mention ."so when can I go out with Leon!" so Im mentioning it. |

I have a story of my own, concerning Leon. I sat next to him on the train here in NYC once. I had no clue at the time. It was the #4 train, and I sat down next to him.. two young ladies acrosss from me were having a 'fit'. I still didn't know why. Guess what, I was reading "Waiting to Exhale". He asked if I like the book, and I said very much, I just got it last night, and I was on the last chapter already... then he said either he just finished filming it or that he was going to be in it. I took a good look, (until that point I'd just noticed he was a "pretty" black man). By pretty I mean, his skin tone flawless, and handsome. I still didn't realize it was "Leon". During our casual conversation, I'd continued to read my book, glance in his general direction, normally, I'm not one to let you distract or get my attention away from what I'm doing on the subway. I keep if very short. Annnnnyway, once he said this I looked at him for a moment, and realizedit was Leon, of course I called him "Ducks Brother" couldn't even remember JT. Then we talked about the upcoming movie, I asked for his autograph for my cousin (huge fan). He asked if I wanted one, I declined. So I spelled her name, he put it on the 'post-it' I was using as a book mark saoid good-bye and got off the train. Very nice looking man, just dosn't do anything for me. Now had he been Christian Payton, Richard T. Jones, Emmit Smith, Terrance Howard, I may have acted like those young ladies across from me. BTW, they rushed over and wanted to see the autograph, and talk.

hahahhahahah .. and your sounding just so casual and stuff about SITTING NEXT TO LEON!!! I'd a been sweatin!!.. ya did good.. played it cool.. but then ya know.. my impression of NY.. there must be lots of that stuff that happens.. maybe the people there in NY are just used to bumping into famous ppl. My daughter just left for somewhere but as she left.. shes like.. Mom.. Get me Leon for my Bday .. Sept. 29.. im like.. yeah.. right Julie..I can really do that. About 10 hours to go till the Concert.. and I have been having a TEMPT DAY here in this apartment.. makes me think.. this ain't happening. Im still sleeping and dreaming.

oh yeah... This pic will do just fine also!.. So Aba knows Sea also.. ya know.. I must have been in limbo or something thanks to those husbands I had.. I am getting just blown away ! Its too much in one 24 hour period!!! *s* I sure cant wiat for Monday to print all these pictures out of these truly fine looking men!.. hmmm We have so many rules at work.. no one better say a word about me putting opthese pics of these men! |
