Performing over 45 years of timeless hits, the Temptations and Four Tops together is nothing less than a walk through American music history. Thanks to their fine-tuned choreography - and even finer harmonies - the Temptations became one of Motown's most elastic acts. They handled both lushly-orchestrated pop and politically-charged funk with equal flair on such timeless hits as "My Girl," "Papa Was A Rolling Stone," "Since I Lost My Baby," "Ain't Too Proud To Beg" and "Just My Imagination." The Four Tops, together in various forms since 1954, signed with Motown in 1963 and used the Holland-Dozier-Holland hit factory to promptly churn out some of the era's most cherished classics: "Baby I Need Your Loving," "Reach Out, I'll Be There," "Standing in the Shadows of Love," "Bernadette," and the infectious "I Can't Help Myself (Sugar Pie, Honey Bunch.)" And I have my tickets for it!!!! I can hardly sit still or concetrate here at work. Ill be taking 2 days off work, 22 and 23rd and tomorrow .. the whole day is going to be Tempts day. Ill be playing everything I got on them.. VHS, DVD, CD.. all of it.. altho I dont think I need to be any more psycd up then I already am!!! I have orders from Aba to give a review on the concert page. *S*S   Looking forward to your review, Coey!! Awww Little D, Don't feel bad. I had to wait 36 yrs before I could go see them.. I remember telling myself in 1968,,I was 12 yrs old.. and just got grounded AGAIN for listening to them, that I was going to go see them.someday, somehow. someway! and finally my life is MINE and dang nab it.. I'm gonna go see them.. They owe me about a year or so worth of being grounded every weekend..and I know their show will be worth it and they will come thru. Shoot.. they just have to walk on stage and it would be worth it. hmmm well maybe not.. they gotta sing, too. * doing the happy dance*

Huh?? Am I missing something? Aba played BBall? Man. I gotta catch up in here! Someone clue me in. When the heck was this? I know.. get with the program.. but I havent made it yet to all the threads in here. Hand me that drool bib!! Aba.. I had no idea.. you just seamed to a pretty reasonable poster and nice. in your little tuxedo pic.

LOL, and his number was 21, as you can see in the pictures...he was on the Championship team (middle picture). He'll tell you the rest with very little encouragement . |

And to think .. here I was IM-ing Aba.. cuz I thought someone was being too hard on him a few days ago ..and he might need to blow off steam or something and I was trying to stick up for him.. If you dont fill me in, Aba, I'll search the web and also ask my older Brother who I never talk to, back In Milw. about ABA and YOU.. he was pretty into BBall HEAVY in the 70's..
