Heavens to Betsy! I read that the Temptations will be appearing on the Canadian Idol TV Show on August 11th.
If that is anything like our idol TV Show, I wonder if they will be guest judges or just guest performers. I wonder if their songs will have to be sung by the contestants.

Since Al McKenzie will be with The Temptations in their appearance on the Canadian Idol TV Show, they must be going to perform.
I've been trying to found out exactly what the format is of the Canadian show but have not been able to do so. Unfortunately, I only watched two shows of the American Idol TV Show, the one with Lamont Dozier and the finals, and never saw a guest artist perform.

How come they couldn't perform on American Idol? THen I could actually see it!
American Idol had Lamont Dozier on it? You picked the right time to watch, I would have liked to see that

But I missed Smokey Robinson. I happened to read ahead of time that Lamont Dozier would be a guest judge and turned the show on. Unfortunately, I missed hearing about Smokey.
Neither of them performed. Unless I was out of the room getting a snack at the time.
