Can someone please post the "Since I Lost Baby" (alternate vocal), I would really appreciate it. I wonder why Motown didn't just put this on their Lost and Found album.

Sure, DC...give me a few minutes, I can post at least part of it, or maybe cut it into two halves if it goes over my 2 MB/file limit...

Although I prefer the other version, this one gives a better perception of David's voice...he was an marvellous singer...There's not gonna be another one like him...
...My favorite is still Melvin though...

C...It's on "Love Songs" by the Temptations, released last February, I believe. This and "Two Sides To Love"(alternate vocal) are the only things on it we don't all have a zillion copies of from various compilations .

I also like the other version more, but this alternate version is very nice. Ruffin's phrasing ability is great and I can clearly hear every word the man sings.

Ooops! forgot to say thank you , Kalisa. I also appreciate the sharing that goes on here. You're very welcome, peece!! Glad you enjoyed it. I too prefer the released version, but it is more than wonderful to be able to hear the different phrasing David gives this one, just to see what he can do and also what the slightly different take on the song does. I personally can see why the other was chosen for release, though .
