Wow sounds exciting... but why raze a good building when you can just use it! (Motown Ctr) That's destroying a part of history not just for Motown but the city too. We need to take a board field trip!

One thing I have always wondered was.. how did the neighbors handle the traffic of people and the music coming from the house?
