When I sometimes click on the Outbox, to see if a person has opened my message yet or not, I see that almost all the envelops there are CLOSED! But, I do get replies to them! So why it still show that the message is "new" ?? I`d like that problem to be fixed, please!  |

The Outbox icon has never been a reliable indicator of whether an IM has been opened or not  . I don't know why they bother since it isn't particularly accurate. |

LOL ... Thats the truth ... I think I used it 1 time ... I never check it anymore ... They just should get rid of it ;D |
