Phil Perry has a voice like fine wine, it gets better with age. It seems like every CD he comes out with gets better especially the last two CD's. Classic Love Songs was just excellent. The arrangements were unique. Phil Perry can make an old song sound new. He sings with power and can hit the high notes. "I'll be around" was the standout on this CD, he took a R&B standard and turned it into a Jazz classic. He took "Have you seen her" to another level. Phil Perry has just came out with "A Mighty Love" This CD is off the hook. Wildflower, The World is a Ghetto and Everything must change are the standout tunes. These two are must buys for you music collection. Both CD's are hits. When you're in the mood for some old school done with class and style, put on Phil Perry the man is truly BADD. If I was Otis Williams I would have been banging on Phil's door to join the Temptations and jump start the group. The man is just that Bad. The Doctor Temptation

I agree. I've got the CD too, and it's a gem. Once he opens his mouth to sing, he is all perfection. I hope sometime I'll get a chance to see him live. Here's a clip with him: www.youtube.com/watch?v=oKuINVJPJyEAK
