After Paul's death, I guess Motown didn't think that the song was appropriate, given the circumstances allegedly surrounding Paul's demise. ???It's now available on " Leads of the Temptations/One By One " featuring David, Eddie, Dennis and Paul.

Great CD, Nupe. It's also got the other really cool Paul song, "Once You Had A Heart". I MUCH prefer that one to "Feel Like Givin' Up". In my opinion.. Ed

"Once You Had A Heart" is great. I think I like it better too. But both songs are solid. I choose which one i like better by what day of the week it is. They are both awesome.

I love those solo songs. they may not have become hits if they were released, but they would have fit perfectly into a blues/soul oriented album.

I believe so Ivory, though I don't have that cd myself, I've done enough searching on tempts compilation cds and rarity cd's to say that it is. MUCH THANKS AND GRATITUDE out to Paul's Girl who sent me a link to a WONDERFUL Paul site, where I was able to listen to "Once You Had a Heart", and wow eeee wow, I'm gonna have to buy this cd, even if i only like the two paul songs on it, but I'm sure it has a lot of good Eddie and David songs on it, not too familiar with Dennis's solo career, doesn't it have David's ever-so popular My Whole World Ended? I really love the music for that one!
