Anybody out there see Bing Crosby sing "My Girl"? Otis talked about that in his book. Mmmm. Very interesting.  with that baritone voice of his? I could see him singing it... |

Okay some of y'all have seen my post and you know my opinions on Bo...For those who don't I think...  ... and As O said while watching the tempts mini series and they asked if they could do my girl for the show "THAT WAS AND ALWAYS WILL BE DAVID'S SONG" and I do belvie that...no one....NO ONE on this earths surface can sing that song with the heart and sould that Davis Eli Ruffin Put into it...And Barrington happens to fall under NO ONE.  |

 Richard does a better job on the song Mike!! :bonk: Baby, clean out your ears! Richard sounds like doo doo singing "My Girl". I went to see them in concert sometime in the '80s and when he sang it I almost asked for my money back! Richard needs to stay AWAY from that song ...I'd choose Bo any day over him. |

Hello larkey, welcome!  The sound file at the top of this thread was recorded in December (I think) of 2001 with Otis, Ron, Bo, Terry and Harry in the group. Diva, CLEAN OUT YOUR MIND (meaning, open it up) Richard does a fine job with that song. But since you don't like him, you have to answer the standard question...... who would YOU pick to sing it? (your choices are Dennis, Ron, Richard, Otis and Blu.)  |
